Wooden Quilt
Comprised of six panels, this wooden rendition of a quilt hangs from a rod, just as a real quilt would. The three pairs of panels articulate on brass barrel hinges so that the piece is flexible, just like a real quilt. Made entirely from a very old plank of flat grained Douglas Fir except for the Alaskan Yellow Cedar hanging rod ends, the brass rod, hinges, and back strapping, and a triangle of molded lead that enables the bottom pair of panels to hang plumb. 20"W X 18-1/2" H X 3-1/4" D.
